Terms of use and sale

1. Publisher
Progressive Dinner (“Dîner Tournant” — mobile app and dinertournant.com) is published by Alexandre Tertrais, sole trader (micro-entreprise, France), 62 rue des Passementiers, 42100 Saint-Étienne, France — SIREN 983 157 017. Contact:contact@dinertournant.com.
2. The service
Progressive Dinner helps organise a dinner where each course takes place at a different host’s home: guest sign-up by code, table seating, travel calculation and a personal programme for everyone. Using the service means accepting these terms.
3. Accounts
- A guest signs up without an account, using the dinner code. Signing up is free.
- An organiser creates an account (email and password, or Apple / Google sign-in), keeps their credentials confidential and is responsible for the use made of the account.
- The service is for adults, or minors authorised by their legal guardian.
4. Everyone’s role
Progressive Dinner is an organising tool: the publisher takes no part in the dinners and does not select the guests. The organiser chooses whom to invite, makes sure they have the consent of anyone they sign up themselves, and remains responsible for the event. Each host welcomes guests at home under their own responsibility (safety, allergies, alcohol, insurance). Everyone agrees to give accurate information and to respect other participants.
5. Plans and prices
| Free | Dinners of up to 12 people, as many as you like. |
|---|---|
| Evening Pass | One-off purchase valid for one dinner: up to 30 people (€9.99), up to 80 people (€19.99) or unlimited (€39.99). |
| Pro | Annual subscription (€99.99 per year): unlimited dinners, no participant limit. |
Prices are shown including tax for France; the price displayed in the app at the time of purchase prevails. Payment is only requested when publishing the schedule of a dinner of more than 12 people.
6. Payment, renewal, cancellation
- Purchases are made in the app, through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, which collect the payment and issue the receipt.
- The Pro subscription renews automatically every year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- An unused Evening Pass stays on your account for a future dinner.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a running subscription: cancel it in your store first.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The Evening Pass and the Pro subscription are digital content supplied immediately. By confirming the purchase you ask for immediate performance and waive your fourteen-day right of withdrawal (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. If something goes wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will look for a solution.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to collect addresses for any purpose other than organising a dinner, sign people up without their knowledge, try to access other people’s data or disrupt the service. An account used this way may be suspended.
9. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and the schedules relevant, without being able to guarantee it: travel times are estimates, and a schedule remains a proposal that the organiser approves before publishing. The publisher is not liable for how dinners unfold nor for indirect damage. Liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service over the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.
10. Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may change along with the service. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date you use the service; a purchase remains governed by the terms in force when it was made.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, first write tocontact@dinertournant.com. If no solution is found, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge — contact details are provided on request — or bring the matter before the competent court. The French version of these terms prevails.
