Delete my account

You can delete your organiser account at any time, from the app or from the site. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

From the app

• Open the Account tab.
• Tap Delete my account, below the sign-out button.
• Confirm.

From the site

• Sign in to the organiser space.
• Open My account, then choose Delete my account.
• Confirm.

What is erased

• Your account (email, Apple or Google sign-in).
• All your dinners, including published ones, along with their guests’ sign-ups.
• Your unused Evening Passes.

What is not

• A running Pro subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.
• Purchase records, kept for ten years as required by French accounting law.

You are a guest, with no account

Your sign-up belongs to the dinner you take part in. To have it removed, ask your organiser, or write to us with the dinner code and your name.

If you no longer have access to your account, write to contact@dinertournant.com from the account’s address: deletion is carried out within thirty days.
